Human Resources Committee

Congregants and CBI staff now have a resource to discuss any interaction concerns or grievances with the Clergy or CBI staff. The HR Committee is a group of congregants selected for their diverse professional experience and ethics.  Currently, our primary function is to review the concern(s) and grievance(s) that Congregants or CBI staff may be experiencing. The HR Committee has developed a Grievance/Concern form to deal specifically with these issues. THE COMMITTEE WAS CREATED TO REVIEW PERSONNEL AND CONGREGANT COMPAINTS/GRIEVANCES WITH CLERGY OR CBI STAFF ONLY AND NOT FOR ANY OTHER CBI ISSUES.

HR Grievance/Concern Form:
Congregants and CBI staff will have a Grievance/Concern form available to them at CBI at all times.  The HR Committee Mail Box is located in the foyer just to the right of the Chapel doors. Once you have filled out this form and followed its instructions, it can be sealed in the provided envelope and turned into the HR Committee mail box.  Then, the form will be reviewed by the committee in a timely fashion.

The form needs to be completely filled in for the committee to be productive. A committee member will then give you feedback after its review.  We hope that this option allows for increased communication and productive outcomes for all Congregants and CBI personnel.
