Annual Commitment Form
(The Annual Commitments of the members of Congregation Beth Israel are the primary means of supporting our many programs and services. We ask you to “Give as G-d has Blessed You” and to participate to the extent of your capacity, to help provide a solid financial foundation for our ongoing religious, educational, cultural and community service activities. Each member of our congregation is asked to reassess his/her commitment on an annual basis. Our fiscal year is July 1st to June 30th)
Capital Campaign Form
(The Capital Campaign is ongoing in an attempt to meet the costs associated with building our new educational facility and renovating the Milton and Helen Smith Auditorium and the Koen Foyer. As a condition of membership, new members are expected to make a Capital Campaign pledge of three times their annual commitment to be paid over five years. In making a pledge, new members will be joining the majority of the congregation who have pledged so that the new and renovated facilities could become a reality.)
