Please return this completed form to the CBI Education Office by Friday, January 18, 2008. Please return your $180 check for retreat registration with your forms to the Education Office. If you need financial assistance, please contact Rabbi Lippe. 512.454.1589 or slippe@bethisrael.org. Even if you are waiting for financial assistance, please pay as much of the fee as you can and turn in your completed forms asap.
Transportation Information
We are hoping to fill at least one bus to transport students and staff to and from camp. The bus will leave from and return to Congregation Beth Israel’s parking lot. We would like everyone to be on the bus - ready to go - by 4:30pm on Friday, February 1, 2008. We are planning on returning to CBI by 1pm on Sunday, February 3, 2008.
We will expect that every student will register for the retreat. We will also expect that every student will be able to participate fully – from Friday afternoon at 4:30pm until Sunday at 1pm. If you cannot attend all of the retreat, please plan on attending as much of the weekend as you can. Please send us a written description of your special transportation needs. For example, some students may go up to camp on the bus but return home in the car of a parent or guardian. As long as you communicate with us in writing, we can help you make this weekend great.
