Repair the World, One Bulb at a Time
Our campaign is underway and we need you! Selling compact fluorescent lights is educational, fun and great for the environment. Reducing electricity usage for lighting in residences is a huge piece of energy conservation.
The sale features a variety of high-quality, competitively-priced CFLs. Selling 6 four-packs ought to be a breeze for our students and children—a healthy, low-calorie alternative to girl scout cookies, or popcorn. And what’s more, they pay for themselves in less than a year!
We are hoping our entire community will find a way to participate in this special mitzvah for our world. Buy a pack for yourself, sell a pack to a neighbor, or give a pack to the food bank!

GREAT NEWS: You can now recycle your old CFL’s at CBI. Look for our new CFL recycling box in the Koen Foyer. Green Team volunteers will see that they are safely recycled.
