Program Goals

A warm, responsive, child-centered environment enriches the life of each child.  The program helps growing children develop social skills and self-discipline. A well-trained staff teaches children through problem solving methodology, respecting feelings while encouraging self-expression.

Experienced teachers design a wide range of learning experiences that further each child's social, cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual development. The program fosters positive self-image, independence and self-reliance in each child through respect for individual needs, personality, and cultural background.

The comprehensive curriculum includes an introduction to Jewish customs, celebrations and values through storytelling, traditional music and dance, cooking experiences and more. Shabbat and the holidays, a concept of G-d, nature, love and concern for each other are all integral program elements. Our clergy celebrates Shabbat with the children every Friday and is an integral part of the Judaic program.
