Finance Committee

The Finance Committee according to the constitution:

Shall review the annual financial commitment made by each member
Shall set the minimum financial commitment each member will be asked to pay in the next fiscal year, based on such criteria as may be adopted by the Board of Trustees.
The Finance Committee shall report its action to the Board of Trustees.
As required by Article 5 of this Constitution, the Finance Committee shall issue delinquency notices to members and shall report to the Board of Trustees and recommend action regarding delinquencies by any member.
